Walter (Japanese: ウォルター, Worutā, English dub: /ˈwɔːl.tər/) is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles X. He is located at the entrance to the Hangar in the Administrative District. He is responsible for issuing Skell Licenses for those who pass the License Certification Test. He is a member of the Curators Division.
